HEMP FLOUR & SMOOTHIES

Drinking a smoothie as a meal replacement has become a popular trend. These drinks are typically packed full of nutrients, especially when they include leafy greens like spinach or kale in addition to yogurt and fruit.

Adding a few drops of our Whole Plant Hemp Flour Tincture can be a great way to make your morning smoothie more interesting. What also helps is that our Whole Plant Hemp Flour Tincture does not affect the texture of the drink.

Having an infused smoothie in the morning is especially helpful if you tend to wake up with aches and pains, or if you have anxiety in the morning. You can even have your smoothie later on in the day as a replacement for a sugary dessert like ice cream.

 

Mango & Berry Smoothie

  • 1 very ripe peeled banana (preferably frozen)
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

Purée 1 very ripe peeled banana (preferably frozen), 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 3/4 cup coconut water, 1/2 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries, 1/4 cup plain yogurt, and 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds in a blender until smooth.
