You can easily make a really versatile Hemp Flour-infused oil to use in several recipes.
Both coconut oil and olive oil can be great ingredients for Hemp Flour-infused edibles.
We recommend starting with between 5-10ml of our bioactive Whole Plant Hemp Flour Tincture for 500 grams of your chosen oil. Place it in a medium saucepan and add water to taste (if required).
Set the burner to a low heat, and cook for about 3-4 hours. Make sure to check on and stir the oil about every 30 minutes. When you are done combining the Hemp Flour with your chosen oil, pour the mixture into a bowl, and chill it for two hours.
Once you’ve made the oil, you can use it in several ways. For instance, you can use it to sauté garlic or other vegetables. You can even use it for deep frying if that’s your kind of thing or add your oil onto your favourite salad.
